VOUCHER ISSUANCE/EXPIRATION AND UNIT OFFER/ACCEPTED REPORTS
WinTen 2+ offers several reports to help PHAs maintain their vouchers and their unit offers. These two reports are the Voucher
Issuance/Expiration and Unit Offer/Accepted Reports.
USING THE VOUCHER ISSUANCE/EXPIRATION REPORT
The Voucher Issuance/Expiration Report provides a listing of all vouchers based on the report date. To access this report:

Type ‘reports’ in the Search Menu on the Home tab and click on the Reports link beneath the Section 8 T&L header.
2.
Type ‘voucher in the Report Search bar and click on the Voucher Issuance/Expiration Report.
3.
Choose your Report Date in the Parameters section.

The Voucher Issuance/Expiration Detail Report shows the information for each voucher, including Household, Unit Number,
Status, Offered Date, Expiration Date, and Extended Date.
USING THE UNIT OFFER/ACCEPTED REPOR T
The Unit Offer/Accepted Report gives a listing of all Unit Offers based on the start and end date. To access this report in WinTen 2+:

Type ‘unit offer’ in the Report Search bar and click on the Unit Offer/Accepted Report.
10. In the Parameters section, choose the Effective Date, Development(s), Report Start Date, and Report End Date.
