compliance information online
The center's primary contact and executive
director each have access to center account
information by logging in with their personal email
address and password.
Log in to the PATH Intl. Homepage
using primary personal email address and password
Primary contact or executive director’s personal email address
Navigate to your account page by clicking on “My Account”
Navigate to the “My Information” page
Click on center name to
navigate to center profile
Click here to view and
update your center profile
Scroll about 1/3 of the way down the page, below contact info renewal info starts
Change this date to 1/1/20__
This indicates information has
been updated for renewal,
Operating budget must be
reported, and should be
within the appropriate
bracket for dues amount
paid.

NOTES:
1) The system will time out and log off if left idle. If you need to leave your
computer, it is strongly recommended you save and log off to ensure your
data is saved.
2) Don't forget to send in your credentialed professionals report, and if applicable,
medical professional report. All centers must have at least one PATH Intl. certified
Instructor that is current and in good standing. The credentialed professional
Report is required for center compliance. You can use the fillable forms and
Submit them via email to [email protected] or fax or mail them to the
PATH Intl. office.
3) To avoid a $50 late fee, be sure to submit your payment no later than January
15 of the current year.
4) There is a 90 day grace period on PATH Intl. memberships. Please renew your
center membership no later than March 31 of the current year to avoid
membership expiration.
