Completed form must be submitted by September 17, 2015. For new students enrolled after

King’s Schools Win-Win Program
School Year 2015-16
The King’s Schools Win-Win program is designed to thank King’s families for their investment in the King’s School
community. By referring friends and families, King’s families demonstrate a sincere form of appreciation of our
schools. By providing tuition discount to those referring families, King’s Schools offers a tangible way of saying thank
you. A tuition discount of $500 per new student is available.
King’s Family Qualifications
o The referring King’s family must have attended King’s for 3 months or more at the time the new student is
enrolled and must be enrolled for the 2015-16 school year.
o If a referring King’s family withdraws from King’s prior to June 1, 2016, the discount is forfeited.
o King’s School employees are not eligible to receive the tuition discount. However, they may designate that
discount to the new family, another family or the financial aid fund.
Referred Student Qualifications
o The new student(s) must begin school before February 1, 2016 to be eligible for King’s Win-Win Program
2015-16 discount.
o International families/students are ineligible to participate in this program.
o The new student or family must never have been enrolled at King’s Schools (including King’s Preschool, Prekindergarten, and KKC) previous to the new application date stated on this Win-Win application.
o The new student(s) must qualify under the stated King’s Schools admissions standards and be admitted on a
space available basis.
o The new student(s) must be a full time student and attend for at least three months.
o Employees of King’s Schools and their dependents do not qualify as a referred student or family.
Tuition Discount
o The tuition discount will be applied directly to family accounts within 2 weeks of receipt, and will be spread
evenly over all remaining tuition payments for the 2015-16 school year.
o The tuition discount is not redeemable for cash.
o Tuition discount may be designated for allocation directly to the referring family, split between the new and
referring family, designated to another family, or designated towards the school financial aid fund. The
referring family must specify the tuition discount designation on the Win-Win form.
o King’s Schools Business Office holds authority to determine qualification for discount.
Process
1. Refer a family to King’s Schools.
2. The family enrolls their student(s).
3. The King’s Schools Win-Win form is completed and signed by both the referring and the new family.
4. Submit the form to the King’s Schools Business Office by September 17 or within 14 days of the new student(s)
enrollment (whichever is later).
Discount will not be awarded for forms received after this date.
