Learning Objectives
1. To understand that neuromuscular training
(NMT) programs can decrease ACL injuries in
youth soccer players
2. To encourage local clubs, coaches, athletes
and health professionals to use NMT
programs
3. To be aware of the FIFA 11+ website which
includes a NMT program
Neuromuscular training programs
• Definitions:
