The competitions will commence on Monday 16th February 2015- 17th May- No games over Easter period.
Season 1 is a 10 week competition plus three weeks of Finals.

We understand and agree that there are certain terms and conditions in registering a team to play at John
McVeity Centre. We have read, understood and signed the JMC playing rules, regulations and conditions and
have retained a copy for our records.

Playing Rules, Regulations & Conditions
To ensure each team is aware of the competition rules, regulations and conditions - team contacts are required to read all
the information below. Please initial in required locations and sign at the bottom.
Time Preferences & Bye Requests:
Please include any time preferences and / or bye requests in the team comments section on the front page. Please understand that
such requests are not guaranteed and that any requests made after the full fixture is completed cannot be processed.
Player Conduct:
JMC encourages sportsman like behaviour. Never argue with an official. If you disagree, have your captain approach the official after
the completion of the game.
Team sheet Fee:
* Senior Match Fee $55 *Junior Match Fee $35
The team sheet must be paid in full and filled in correctly prior to the beginning of every game. If you are late to the court for any
reason, the referees will start the clock and the game will not commence until the team sheet is completed. Late starts will result in
goal penalties.

Registration of Players
*Only players with complete details on the registration form including Full Name, Contact Number and Email will be accepted. Any
players who play throughout the season must ensure that their full details are marked on the back of the score sheet to be registered.
Players are able to play for more than 1 team as long as they are in different divisions.
Forfeit Fees:
All teams must notify JMC as early as possible if your team has to forfeit:
Forfeit - $55/ Junior $35
Forfeit fees must be paid in full before the teams next scheduled game

Scoring Duties:
Each team must supply a competent scorer for each game (12 years and over).
Failure to supply a competent scorer for your team may result in a points penalty
Finals Eligibility:
All players must play a total of three (3) games to qualify for all finals games. Please note: Byes do not count towards finals
eligibility. JMC will not make any allowances towards this rule. Any team that plays a player that has not qualified for finals
will result in a forfeit. To ensure player eligibility is confirmed – the team sheets must be filled in thoroughly each game.
Uniform Rules:

Teams are to supply their own bibs/uniforms, failure to do so will result in a 2 point penalty.
It is the responsibility of all teams to ensure they have correct uniforms. Teams have a 1 week window from the beginning of each
season to have matching uniforms. Penalties will apply to teams who do not abide by these rules. (2 point penalty)
Penalties are as follows: 2 points per garment after Round 3. Matching coloured tops with black or dark blue shorts. No pockets are
permitted (even if taped). Facial piercings or a wedding band must be covered with brown tape; no other jewelry is permitted on
court. Tape or nail scissors will not be supplied by JMC and is the responsibility of the team.

Late Team Entry:
Late teams cannot be guaranteed immediate entry into the competition and their grade will be dependent on availability.
