Congratulations on being selected in the PDSSSC 15 Years or Opens Touch team to compete
at the NSWCCC Championships at Dubbo on Wednesday 24th May, 2017. We will travel up
on the Tuesday 23rd May, stay overnight and return after the tournament on Wednesday
evening.
The arrangements will be as follows:Departure: Tuesday 23rd May – Bus departs AKC, Mt Druitt at 8.30am SHARP. See attached
map for directions. Please be at AKC by 8.15am.
Arrival : Dubbo around 2.30pm for training, dinner and a good sleep.
Accommodation : Boys – Dubbo City Holiday Park – 2 Whylandra St, Dubbo (6801 4530)
Accommodation : Girls - Ibis Budget Dubbo, 14 Victoria St, Dubbo (6882 9211)
Tournament Day : Team breakfast before playing in the tournament on Wednesday, 24th May.
Departing around 3.30pm arriving back to AKC, Mt Druitt at around 9-9.30pm.
The cost is $200 and this covers: Return bus travel to Dubbo
 Overnight accommodation and dinner (Tues) and breakfast (Wed) at Dubbo.
 Tournament and Administration fees.
 Use and laundering of PDSSSC playing attire.
The players will need to bring some money so they can purchase any other food including
lunch Tuesday, drinks, etc over the 2 days of the trip. Please don’t bring more than a large
sports bag. Please note that any personal belongings are your responsibility on the trip and are
taken at your own risk.
Please list any medical conditions or special dietary requirements your son or daughter may
have to help us in the planning of the trip. Permission form attached.
Accompanying the team will be : Mr Chris Anschau – PDSSSC Executive Officer and
PDSSSC Touch Management Team – Ms Antonelli, Ms Duguid, Mr Eisenhuth, Ms Goldie,
Mr Luchetti, Mr O’Kane and Ms Thornton.
Please complete the attached permission form and return to Chris Anschau at a training session
before Wednesday May 10th, 2017. Do not include money. This is to be paid to your
son/daughter’s school this term. Don’t hesitate to contact me if there are any questions.

Conditions of inclusion of PDSSSC Touch Trip 2017
 I understand that at all times I must ensure the safety and comfort of all supervisors and
companions on this Touch Trip
 I will accept and follow the directions and advice of the supervisors at all times
 I fully accept and will respect the authority of the supervisors on the Touch Trip
 I understand it is my personal responsibility regarding my spending money, property
and personal health and hygiene
 I will not leave the group at any time without direct permission of the supervisors
 I will not be involved in drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes or using any illegal
substances.
I understand that if I am caught using any of the above mentioned substances, that my
parents will be contacted and that I will then be immediately sent home and that my
school will be responsible for taking any necessary disciplinary action
 I will be mindful of my responsibilities to my family, school and the PDSSSC at all
times during the Touch Trip
 I accept that I am an ambassador for my school during this Touch Trip and that I will
act in accordance with this responsibility and will not take any action that will bring the
reputation of the PDSSSC, the Catholic Education Office, Diocese of Parramatta, my
family, school or college into disrepute
 I understand that, if necessary, a full report of my behaviour will be given to my school
principal who will act upon it at their discretion.
