– https://wholegame.thefa.com/Account/Login
If you are a League Official, Club Official, Referee, Coach and/or Player it is
extremely likely you have a FAN already.
Please contact the Durham County FA Governance department on 0191 3872929 to
obtain/create a FAN number and be sent a password.

their correct role, the
qualification report needs to be
downloaded and emailed to
[email protected]

Team Officials page, at the
bottom, confirm then click next
for final stage.

Once you’ve made any necessary amendments to the
teams and necessary comments in the action
plan section you select submit and completed Health
Check will be sent to Andy Brown at the Durham County FA. This
will then be processed along with the qualification report you have
emailed.
