add the 2 LOWEST scores for
each Club and divide by 2 to
get the average score. Clubs
are ranked in order of the
highest score with the
following points allocated:Score: 1st = 10; 2nd = 9; 3rd = 8; 4th
= 7.. etc; then multiplied by the
