1. Introduction
This manual guides team managers on the steps to upload photos for teams.
Below are some very important points to take note when managers upload their photos.
Please do not upload black and white photos. ESPZEN/BBAXN doesn’t accept them and
they will not be approved if uploaded.
1.1 Player Photos :
- Player photos should show the player facing forward, with a good head shot
- Players should be looking at the camera
- Head shots only we don’t need to see full body
- Players should not have cigarettes, cigars or alcohol in the photo
- Obscene gestures will be immediately rejected
- Images must be of good quality and not blur
- Black and white photos will not be accepted
1.2 Team Photos :
- Team Managers will have to upload a team photo. This manual
explains how it is done and why it is necessary to do this.
- The team photo appears on both the team profile page and the match preview
page.
- Upon approval of the new team photo(s), the old team photo gets archived. The
older team photos can be seen when one clicks on the ‘view past team photos’ link
on the team profile page.
1.3 Team Logos :
- Like the team photos, managers have to upload a team logo.
- Also like the team photo, the team logo appears on both the team profile page
and the match preview page.
1.4 Team Sponsor Logos :
- Up to 4 sponsor logos can be uploaded into the team profile.
- The logos have to be uploaded in order. Eg. If you upload a sponsor 3 when your
team has only a sponsor 1 and no sponsor 2, your logo will not be displayed in the
team profile even if it gets approved by ESPZEN/BBAXN.
1.5 Some important points to take note :
- The system only accepts jpg, bmp or gif files.
- Team photos and logos that are uploaded without the small or big versions will be
rejected by ESPZEN/BBAXN.
- Black and white photos uploaded will also be rejected.
- The system only accepts photos that are less than 4 MB in size.
- For player photos, sponsor logos and team logos make sure uploaded photos are at
least 150*150 pixels(65kb in size) and for team photos 420*300 pixels(175kb in
size).
- If the crop tool gets out of proportion while cropping, click on ‘RESET CROP
TOOL’ below the ‘CROP’ button(refer to figure 1.6) option to reset the crop tool
to the original resolution.
- In case you need further assistance, please email [email protected]
([email protected] for BBAXN).
