GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. The committee will not accept any liability for any accident, damage,
injury or illness to stock, owners, spectators, vehicles or any other
person whatsoever, nor for any property left unattended, overnight or
otherwise, on the show ground
2. The committee’s decision will be final on all matters appertaining to,
or arising during the show
3. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, amalgamate or alter classes
where entries are considered insufficient, without prior notice
4. All persons attending the show do so entirely at their own risk
5. Neither the organisers nor any of their officers or servants, nor any
person or organisation connected with the Stroud Country Show will be
responsible for anything which may happen to exhibitors, their servants
or any other persons, or their respective property, or to any exhibit at the
show, and it shall be considered a “condition of entry” that each person
attending shall hold the organisers blameless and that he or she shall be
considered to indemnify the organisers against any legal proceedings,
claims or demands in respect thereof
6. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the show
ground any person or animal without giving a reason
7. No refund of any entries or admission charges unless authorised by
the Stroud Country Show secretary
8. The organisers reserve the right to vary times if circumstances so
demand it
9. In the case of an outbreak of Avian Influenza the show organisers
reserve the right to cancel the poultry section.

station and town centre. Look for the old Mansion House in Stratford
Park, next door to Stratford Park Leisure Centre.
