I would like to inform you of a special event happening this
summer to which you are cordially invited.
The Oakridge Eagle Varsity Football team is working hard to
build on last year’s West Michigan Conference Championship
effort and go further in 2016, with your support. In an effort to
further strengthen and ensure the continued success of the
program, we are holding the 16th annual golf outing to benefit the
Oakridge football program at Chase-Hammond Golf Course on
th
Saturday, June 18 , 2016. Shotgun start is at 8:00 am.
Corporate sponsorships are being sought to help meet the “overhead” costs of this benefit. In
return for your sponsorship, you will not only be recognized during the outing as a corporate
sponsor through the use of tee box signs and flyers, but will also be given the opportunity to enter
your foursome(s) in the tournament at a discounted rate. Based on the growing success of this
event and the early interest we receive every year, we are expecting another favorable response
from the community and it is sure to fill up quickly.
We are presenting three options for corporate sponsorship:
Option 1: $375
Your company is displayed on a sign at a tee box during the tournament. Your company is also
granted one foursome into the tournament, which includes golf, carts and lunch ticket. Because
the cost for public foursomes is $260, this option offers you a $60 discount on golf! Your
foursome will need to be signed up before June 3rd.
Option 2: $175
Your company is displayed on a sign at a tee box during the tournament and is mentioned as a
corporate sponsor on flyers and other advertisements.
Option 3:
Your company’s (organization’s) donation of goods and services are presented as door prizes at
the lunch following the tournament. Others serve as valued raffle prizes, raising important funds
for unforeseen expenditures through an extended season. All donations will be very much
appreciated. Please contact me with your donation early so we can plan accordingly.
If you realize the benefits this event can offer the students-athletes of Oakridge, not to mention
the exposure it will provide your company, we would appreciate your generosity. Please contact
