PURPOSE AND OVERVIEW (max. 5 sentences)
Course objectives are: to acquire knowledge about the basic concepts of the holistics legal theory, the theory of chaos,
the holistics structure of law and state, and application of the theory of chaos.
Course purpose is: to understanding the holistic origin and structure of the state and law, to acuire the basic concepts of
the chaos theory; to acquire critical thinking skills to examine and argumentatively discuss the legal theory issues in light
of the holitic theory and the chaos theory; to acuire basic knowledge on the legal modeling -the application of the theory
of chaos in legal nomotechnics.
SYLLABUS (brief outline and summary of topics, max. 10 sentences)
Outline: development of the holistic legal theory; development of the theory of chaos; law as a holistic phenomenon;
dictionary of the theory of chaos; certainty and law.
Topics: World as a Holistic Phenomenon, Law as a Holistic Phenomenon, Possibility for the Application of Theory of
Chaos, Legal Modeling in the Theory of Chaos.
