This purebred Golden Retriever puppy is, at the time of sale, a healthy, happy puppy of sound
temperament. S/he is the result of selective mating of parents with certified hip, elbow, eye and heart
clearances and is an excellent representative of the breed. All Tilly puppies are sold on a complete health
and satisfaction guarantee. Your puppy has had a comprehensive and thorough examination by our
Veterinarian at the age of 7 to 7-1/2 weeks and is guaranteed to be in a good, clean state of health on
departure from our kennel. You are advised to have your Veterinarian examine your new puppy within
72 hours of departure from our kennel. If for any reason the purchaser is not satisfied with the puppy
within the 72 hour period, s/he may return it to our kennel, provided the puppy is in the same condition
as when sold. The purchaser will receive a replacement puppy from the next available litter or a full
refund as decided by the breeder. All veterinary costs after departure from our kennel, no matter what
the reason, and including the 72 hour period, are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your puppy is severely crippled by any of the guaranteed conditions and if contract conditions have
been adhered to and suitable evidence is produced, the puppy may be returned to the breeder in good
clean condition at the buyer’s expense with the Registration papers signed over to the breeder. A puppy
of the same sex and quality, selected by the breeder, will be guaranteed to the buyer from the next litter
due to arrive. The breeder reserves the right to refund the purchaser his original price of the puppy
should the breeder decide not to place another puppy with the purchaser. Alternatively, where the
purchaser chooses to keep the said dog, the breeder shall, at the opinion of the breeder, and upon proof
of spay/neuter, reimburse the purchaser an amount determined by the breeder in line with the
condition and it’s effects on the dog’s life. In any case, this amount shall not exceed, in total and in
combination for all conditions, a lifetime maximum of one half the purchase price of the puppy. The
breeder may request the purchaser obtain further opinions in the case of x-rays, eye and/or heart
examinations. Obtaining additional opinions will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The breeder may
request the have any reports or x-rays mailed or shipped to the breeder’s veterinarian. Under no
circumstances will THE BREEDER be responsible for the cost of any veterinarian bills for any reason
whatsoever, nor will THE BREEDER be responsible for the cost of surgery for any reason whatsoever.
1. They buyer will take good care of the dog, providing quality nutrition, shelter and medical care,
including vaccinations as set out by a Veterinarian, to ensure the physical and emotional
wellbeing of the dog.
2. The buyer agrees to feed quality Puppy Food and at the appropriate age (as advised by your vet)
to switch the puppy to a food recommended by the breeder or, in special circumstances by your
veterinarian. The buyer agrees to keep the dog at a suitable weight.
3. The buyer agrees to provide daily exercise and to neither overwork nor under work the dog, and
will not allow the dog to run at large unsupervised. The buyer further agrees to not tie the dog to
any fixed object.
4. The buyer undertakes to ensure the puppy receives obedience training, preferably through a
recognized training school.
5. The buyer agrees the dog shall never be used for experimental or research purposes.
6. The buyer agrees that dog shall be kept groomed.
7. The buyer agrees to contact the breeder should the buyer need to part with this dog for whatever
reason. The breeder reserves the right to first refusal.
8. The buyer agrees to contact the breeder at all times when the dog has been seen by a
Veterinarian for any condition other than routine reasons.
PUPPIES THAT ARE REARED CONTRARY TO ANY OF THE AFORMENTIONED CONDITIONS ARE MORE
SUSCEPTIBLE TO HEALTH PROBLEMS, COMPROMISED SOUNDNESS, LACK OF CLEARANCES, OR ARE
POTENTIALLY OF POORER QUALITY THAT THEY HAD THE POTENTIAL AS A PUPPY TO BE; AS SUCH,
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE EIGHT CONDITIONS WILL RENDER THE GUARANTEE NULL
AND VOID.
By signing this Agreement of Sale, the buyer acknowledges having read this Agreement in its entirety
and agrees to all terms and conditions within this agreement.
