Sensational Summer Activities
~ put down the video games, step away from the TV, and have a sensational
sensory-based summer!
1. Jump on a trampoline
2. Wheelbarrow walking or races
3. Donkey Kicks
4. Push-ups
5. Bear walk
6. Crab walk
7. Play leap frog
8. Carry a weighted backpack full of their own toys and books
9. Pillow Fight
10. Stuffed animal catch
11. Hanging from a chin-up bar
12. Bouncing on hopping ball
13. Tug-of-war
14. Hopscotch
15. Wrestling
16. Drumming
17. Have a parade and march
18. Wiping the counters and washing windows
19. Sweep or mop the floor
20. Swiffering, Dusting, and Vacuuming
21. Unloading the washing machine and the dryer
22. Taking out the trash
23. Carry the laundry basket
24. Water balloon catch
25. Beanbag catch
26. Swinging
27. Make a kid sandwich by pressing down on him between two
pillows or couch cushions
28. Make a kid burrito by rolling her tightly in a blanket

corn starch and draw with your fingers.
