COE’s have traditionally been placed in the position of fiscal oversight for the LEA’s in their counties. Today- in addition to fiscal oversight COE’s are placed in an academic review/oversight position as well. What does this mean for you? Actions must result in measureable results. ROI- allows you to start to evaluate the return on investment of your services. Fiscally and student achievement orientation.
