Castles & Catapults

Heights Hunt - Geocaching

The Library teams up with Harker Heights Parks and Rec to bring you a
summer of geocaching fun throughout the city!

Stories and Music for Children and Families
Baby Time
Monday mornings at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (0 - 18 months)
Babies, parents, and caregivers learn together! We build early literacy
skills through music, fingerplays, rhymes, and more!
Mother Goose on the Loose Music Time (June 7 - July 26)
Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. (0 - 18 months)
and 10:00 a.m. (0 - 5 years)
Enjoy a music-filled adventure! Children and parents will be introduced to a variety of Mother Goose rhymes, music, instruments, and
more! Seating is limited. First come, first serve.
Little Steamers (August 2 - 30)
Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. (0 - 18 months)
and 10:00 a.m. (0 - 5 years)
This beginner sensory program is the perfect way to introduce your
little one to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math learning!
Storytime

Children of all agess gather together to create scrapbook pages, and
learn scrapbooking techniques.
Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Beyblade Club
Saturdays at 1:00 p.m-3:00 p.m.
Children ages 10 and up battle and duel. Bring your own items.
Building Blocks Club
Every 4th Saturday from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Ages 10 - 12; 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Join us for this special camp that builds math, engineering,
problem-solving, and science skills using LEGO robotics.
Robotics Camp II (July 11 - 14)
Ages 7 - 9; 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Ages 10 - 12; 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
This camp builds on the skills gained in our first LEGO camp!
Must have taken LEGO robotics previously.
Writing Camp (August 8 - 10)
Grades 1 - 3; 9:00 a.m. - Noon
Young authors hone their writing and publishing skills and
learn different writing techniques!
