MEMORIAL FIELD SCHEDULE

If you are scheduled to practice at Memorial Field at a certain time you may
opt to use an alternative site at a time of your choosing. PLEASE INFORM
THE ATHLETIC OFFICE OF ALL TIME CHANGES!
Next week marks the beginning of playoff season. Attached is an updated practice schedule. I
tried to think of every possibility but I need you to review it carefully and let me know of any
conflicts or errors. I will make the corrections immediately and return an updated copy to you. It
is important that everyone makes sure their situation is correct. You also need to be aware of the
following scenarios:
1. Girls Soccer - LVC Semi-finals scheduled for Monday, May 9th, 500/700pm at Whitehall.
a. If they win:
(1) May 10th Schedule
GSC practice (700-900)
GLAX game v Liberty (H) (300-700)
BLAX must use LMMS for practice
(2) May 11th Schedule
GSC Championship @ Whitehall
GLAX practice 300-500

b. If they lose:

on the changes, there are some new scenarios:

uncertainties, that we may need to go day-by-day. So please let me know
if you see any possibility that I missed.
2. The District XI GLAX Semi-finals will be played at Memorial Field on
Wednesday, May 23rd at 530/700 and the GLAX and BLAX
championships on Friday, May 25th at 530/700.
3. All 3 PIAA Tournaments begin the week of May 28th. It is inevitable that
Memorial Field will be asked to host at least one inter-district game, if not
more. As soon as I receive any information, I will notify you so we can
discuss alternative practice arrangements.
4. I stopped the schedule on May 19th so we can determine practice times for
the PIAA playoffs.
If you are scheduled to practice at Memorial Field you may choose to use
your alternative site, but please pass this information on to the Athletic
Office.
