4. VISAS AND INVITATION
All countries requiring for Visa or just Invitation for entry into Bulgaria, please contact us
for the necessary documentation. There is a visa request, please type it correctly.

Hotel accommodation;
Transport from Sofia Airport to host hotel and back, from hotel to competition hall
during the Official training and the Competition, and from host hotel to the sport hall;


This prices are available for all gymnast, coaches, judges, members of delegation and parents.
**The transport will be provide for the participants from the official hotels to the sport hall

6. ACCRAEDITATION AND PASSPORT CONTROL
The delegations will be accredited upon their arrival in the competition office.
At accreditation, Heads of Delegation must check the correct names of their complete
delegation; passports of all gymnasts; make any necessary payments, two (2) copies of
their group’s competition music CD, a CD with the National anthem (max.45 sec).
The accreditation and passport control will be held in the competition office.
INSURANCE: All participants should have their own health & accidents insurance as
the organizer will not be responsible. Delegations are responsible for their members
having adequate insurance coverage against accidents, illness and other travel risks!
7. JUDGES
Judge registration (maximum 2 Judges per country on IFAGG registration form) must
be made to IFAGG via e-mail: [email protected]
by Mrach 14th, 2016
Delegations will be in charge for all expenses of judges (travel costs, accommodation,
and transportation).
8. PARTICIPATION AND PROGRAM

10. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
*Banquet is organized for every person of delegation that is accommodated in official
hotels. For other people the banquet have additional pries of 25 euro. Please order
additional tickets on time ( deadline 01.04.2016).
*There will be official DVD and photographers at the competition. Price and
ordering information will be specified later.
