Fundamental Principles of the Erasmus+ project on ESP: 1. Creating a Master program on ESP for the three universities, namely University of Adrar, U. Biskra and U. Ouargla, during the period 2017-2020. 2. The Master will be both academic and professional. On the academic side, priority is given to the various faculties and specialties of the three universities. English programs specific for each domain and discipline will be proposed. The professional side concerns the diverse enterprises of the socio-economic sector (Agriculture, industry, tourism, etc.) which will participate to the Master through conventions and partnership in particular to facilitate internship to the ESP learners 3. The work plan subdivides among the three universities in conformity with the future Master canvas 4. The first year is devoted to the Needs Analysis, i.e.: the preparation, the administration, and the analysis of the questionnaires. This period is also that of the interviews with the teachers of the various faculties in their different domains, as well as that of the interviews with the managers of the contracting enterprises of the socio-economic sector 5. The work will be split in between the three universities focusing on the program of the exact sciences (Year2-semestre1), the human and social sciences (Year2-semestre2) and finally the socio-economic sector (Year3-semestre1). 6. As far as the socio-economic sector is concerned, the results of the interviews will permit to target the expectations of the enterprises 7. The mobility of the teachers takes into consideration the periods of the exams and holidays (Winter, Autumn and Summer) in both the partner countries and the program ones 8. The visiting lecturers will organize seminars in the three Algerian universities. The seminars will evolve around the programs to propose for the various academic domains 9. Both teachers and Erasmus+ responsible at the level of the three universities are invited to attend and participate to the seminars with the aim to exchange their academic and professional experiences 10. The teams in each university must consist of the teaching staff (04 persons) and the Erasmus+ coordinator. There is a need for a secretary, an administrative employee, and two employees for the internal library as well as a computer agent to be in charge of the multimedia laboratory. 11. The teaching staff must be chosen among the various academic ranks (Professors, Assistant and Associate professors, lecturers, etc) whose research capacities are valuable. It is advisory to leave the choice of the staff to the Erasmus+ officers in accordfance with the universities contact persons; i.e. : Dr. Bourahla Djelloul et Dr. Bradai Ilyes (U.Ouargla), Dr. Hoadjli et Dr. Benaziza Abdelaziz (U.Biskra).
