Ottawa Ice 67’s Bantam AA Coaching Staff
Coaching Staff’s Philosophy:
Our main goal and philosophy is to give young female athletes the best possible opportunity to develop
and reach their full potential. We believe it is important to pass down the knowledge and experience
that we have acquired throughout our careers to the younger generation of hockey players. We want to
give back to the community and make a positive impact on the today’s youth. We feel that the best way
to accomplish our goals and be great ambassadors of female hockey is by coaching and mentoring
young female athletes. Our focus as coaches is to establish a positive environment where the girls will
enjoy coming to the rink and be inspired to become the best hockey player and person that they can be.
We believe that leading by example will make us positive role models for the team.
