One way I prefer is using an external sql database manager, eg Enterprise Manager
Find the block table for the data block(s) in question and change the Start Time to the new wanted time
(apply the time offset)
Use the blockid to locate the blocks, you find it in the Record
This comes up: add the text “WHERE ID=<blockId here>” and rightclick Run
Now change the found starttime time with the wanted offset (just write the new time and close the
view)
Naviedit now will hereafter use the new time.
