All persons applying for SNAP food benefits
will need to provide proof of:
IDENTITY
INCOME
EXPENSES
You may qualify for more benefits if
you pay child support, have medical
expenses or other eligible expenses.
You need to prove all income sources
for each person in your household.
Showonepieceofidentityforthehead
of the household and the alien status for
anypersonwhoisnotaU.S.citizen.

parent for your support payment.

bookkeeping records;
•Paystubs;
•Taxrecords;
•Awardletters(Veterans,
financialaid,Bureauof
IndianAffairs,etc.);
•Workers’compensationletter;
•Statementfromanyonegiving
youmoney(gifts/loans);and/or
•Unemploymentcompensation
letter.

aide, etc.;
•Itemizedreceipts;and/or
•Bills/receiptsforprescribed
equipment, medical
supplies, etc.
