This year’s exhibit hall game will be “Texas Hold’em.” Each Exhibitor is provided playing cards to distribute, attendees
visit as many exhibitors as possible in their quest to build a winning hand. Each winning hand presented at the IASA
Booth will be given a raffle ticket. Attendees can either insert their raffle tickets into the prize bins - there is no limit to the
number of winning hands an attendee can accumulate, and no limit to the amount of times an attendee can enter the raffles
– OR an attendee can turn the raffle ticket in for the opportunity to “Rope A Steer”. If an attendee ropes the steer they will
be entered for a chance to win the GRAND prize!
The game is designed to drive traffic to exhibitor booths and provide you the opportunity to engage in quality conversations
with the attendees. If you would like to participate as a sponsor, your giveaway prizes have to have a minimum of $100 but
not more than $1000 in total value. Exhibitors that participate will receive acknowledgement at their booth, in the IASA
Booth and in the Conference Directory. In addition, your company will earn one (1) additional priority point for your 2018

Exhibitor Responsibilities on Show Site:
IASA will have signs indicating the available prizes and your sponsorship displayed in the IASA Exhibit Booth. You will
be notified when your prize has been won and the winning attendee will be directed to your booth to claim their prize. At
your booth, IASA will provide a sign to display that denotes your company as an “IASA Game” sponsor. All winners will
be alerted through the IASA conference app. If a gift is not claimed on show site, IASA will provide the winner’s name and
address to the sponsor so that the gift can be mailed. In the unlikely event that there is not a winner to claim a sponsored
prize, IASA and the Exhibitor will mutually determine the proper allocation of the gift. Please note that IASA, at its sole
discretion, will validate qualified submissions and manage the selection of the winners.
