Win a Trip for Two to Cuba
Application:
These rules and regulations shall apply to all on-air, in-mall and/or online contests (the “Contest”) unless
stipulated otherwise, and where alternate rules and regulations are made available to the public. If
there are any discrepancies between these rules and regulations and any other rules and regulations
posted for any particular Contest (the “Alternate Rules”), such discrepancy shall be resolved in favour of
the Alternate Rules.
Eligibility:
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province in
which they reside. No person who is employed by Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. or its affiliate companies, and
no persons who are domiciled with any such employee shall be entitled to enter the Contest.
In certain cases, minors under the age of majority will be permitted to enter the Contest and be eligible
to win the prize but will have to adhere to the below specified conditions. In no case, however will a
minor be declared a winner without the prior written consent and release of liability of the minor’s
parent or legal guardian.






Once a winner is selected at random, one out of the two travel companions must be twenty-one
(21) years of age or older to claim prize – government ID will be verified and photocopied for
liability reasons. The travel companion must travel on the same itinerary as the winner.
This trip in non-cancelable. The trip portion of the package must be redeemed pursuant to the

Airport taxes and transfers will be covered by Mic Mac Mall Limited Partnership. The attendee
and his/her respective travel companion are responsible for all costs not expressly described,
including without limitation to, travel and health insurance, travel documentations (e.g.
passport), taxes, travel baggage, ground transportation, gratuities, room service, any applicable
overnight layovers, personal expenses, departure taxes and transfers. The trip portion of the
package excludes departure taxes and all other related taxes such as fuel surcharges,
navigational surcharges, insurance surcharges, air traveler’s security charges and airport
improvement fees, peak travel premiums and any other taxes, fees, charges for the local airport
tax in Cuba.

How to Enter:
Visit the Mic Mac Mall March Break Lounge on the second level in the Bay Court.

2. Snap a picture
3. Upload it to Instagram or Twitter using #MMMEssentials. Limited to one submission per day per
user over the contest period between March 14th to 18th. .
4. Be available the week of April 10, 2016 and agree to all terms and conditions of prize.
Free Method of Entry:
To enter the Promotion without using Instagram or Twitter, interested parties can enter by visiting the
“March Break Lounge – located in the Bay Court on the second level across from the Hudson Bay to
submit a written entry with their name, address, home phone number, contest name, and contest
details. You may also take a photo of your “#MMMEssentials” using the Mic Mac Mall IPad that can
then be posted for you by the Mic Mac Street Team. In-mall entries will be limited to 1 submission per
day.
The Prize:
The trip portion consists of a trip for two (2) to Cuba which includes: one (1) week all inclusive vacation
at the Hotel Bella Costa in Varadero Cuba based on double occupancy; and round-trip economy airfare
for two (2) from Halifax, Nova Scotia to Cuba.
Value:
No Prize may be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to any third party.
Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning the Contest are dependent on the number of entries.
Liability:
The winner and travel companion acknowledges that the collection or use of the prize may be inherently
dangerous and agrees to release and hold harmless the Evanov Radio Group and Mic Mac Mall Limited
Partnership for any and all damages he/she may incur through entering the Contest or through the
collection or use of the prize. The winner also agrees to sign a standard release and waiver of liability
prior to claiming the prize.
General:
Prize winners shall be responsible for all costs and expenses not explicitly stated to form part of the
prize, including but not limited to taxes, fees, gratuities, insurance, or travel to and from the airport.

Travel is based on space availability at time of booking. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to
book and the travel companion must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. One of the travel
companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Trip extensions and changes are not
permitted. It is the attendee’s and his/her travel companion’s responsibility to arrange transportation to
get to and from the flight departure cities/airports. Mic Mac Mall Limited Partnership is not responsible
if the attendee and/or his/her travel companion are denied entry into Cuba for any reason. The travel
dates will not be extended and the trip portion of the package is valid only on the dates. A minimum of
one person, either the attendee or the travel companion, must hold a valid credit card to cover any
incidentals or any other requirements that may be required at the resort.
The trip portion of the package must be taken as awarded; otherwise it is null and void. The trip portion
of the package is not transferable or convertible to cash. No Substitutes. Mic Mac Mall Limited
Partnership reserves the right to substitute the trip component for one of equal or greater value.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mic Mac Mall Limited Partnership, Ivanhoé Cambridge Inc., 4239474
Canada Inc., 4210611 Canada Inc., 1210590 Canada Inc.; shall not be responsible to substitute the trip or
portion thereof where such trip cannot be redeemed due to factors beyond its reasonable control. Mic
Mac Mall Limited Partnership together with their promotional, marketing or advertising agents and
affiliated companies, reserve the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this trip incentive at any time
without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply.
Where the Prize includes travel, the Prize winner must ensure that he and his companion have all the
necessary travel documents required to travel to the destination on the dates specified in the prize
description.
Prior to receiving the Prize, the Prize winner shall sign a standard release and liability waiver absolving
Mic Mac Mall Limited Partnership and the Evanov Radio Group of all its obligations under the Contest
and accepting the Prize as awarded as full and final satisfaction of all items owed to him by Mic Mac
Mall Limited Partnership.
Mic Mac Mall Limited Partnership may at its sole discretion substitute a prize or a portion thereof with
an alternate prize of equal or greater value. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mic Mac Mall Limited
Partnership shall not be responsible to substitute a prize or portion thereof where such Prize cannot be
redeemed due to factors beyond its reasonable control.
Mic Mac Mall Limited Partnership reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest in any way it deems
appropriate, and for any reason, at any time prior to the declaration of a winner.
Any pronouns used in these rules and regulations shall be modified for gender and number as the case
may require, and shall apply as though the correct gender and number had been included herein.
The winner also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations for pick up which can be found on the
March Break Contest Rule.
By entering the Contest, all persons are deemed to have read and to have accepted these rules and
regulations.
