Kinetics of IL-1-induced TAK1 activation.
TAK1 was immunoprecipitated from lysates of
unstimulated HEK293IL-1R cells or from cells treated
for the indicated times with IL-1α. TAK1 kinase
activity was determined by radioactive kinase assay
using recombinant MKK6 and 32P-ATP as substrates.
Presence of TAK1 and Phospho-TAK1 in immune
complexes was validatd by western blotting. For more
