Chamber, Town Hall, Lymington on Wednesday 14th March 2012 at 5:30 pm.
PRESENT: Cllrs. Colin Thomson, Tony Swain, Ted Jearrad, Jacqui England, Cllr Michael White,
Cllr Anna Rostand (late) and Cllr Martina Humber (late)

ELECTION OF DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
Cllr Tony Swain was proposed as deputy chairman, proposed by Cllr Anna Rostand and
seconded by Cllr Jacqui England. Unanimously accepted.
MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting held on 22nd February 2012 were confirmed as a correct
record and signed by the Chairman.
