What sounds do Catina and “C” make?
How do you make a “C”?
Show me how you can count by 2’s, and 10’s. Let’s practice together.
Let’s review our popcorn words and find as many as we can in the book we read.
Let’s look at our Jan. Book It calendar and see if we read 20 books. Make sure
you complete the activity on the back of the calendar.
 If I didn’t make a 100’s day collection let’s do that now. I need to count the
items out to you and then place them into a Ziploc bag. Thanks for your help.
 Talk to me about Act of Kindness. Let’s see if I can fill up 5 hearts this
weekend.

Groundhog Books
Reading Incentive for
February
Please note that there will be two reading
incentives going for the month of Feb. One is
the Pizza Hut reward and the other is to earn
a ticket to Silverwood theme park. Whenever
you read to your child or your child reads to
you please write the books down on both
calendar and enclosed sheet. Thanks for
always being your child’s number one
teacher!!!
We are preparing for next week
and learning about
Punxsutawney Phil. We are
wondering if he will see his
shadow.

100 ACTS OF KINDNESS!!
