including new Udaipur bypass in the states of Rajasthan & Gujarat (Approx Length
555.500 Km) on basis in DBFOT (Toll) under NHDP Phase-V: Demarcation and marking of
ROW Lines in New Udaipur bypass from (Debari to Kaya ) Km 0 to Km 23.883 – Reg.
The land acquisition proceeding of New Udaipur bypass has been completed. The L.A.
Amount approved for Rs. 75,84,05490 and up till now Rs. 3,32,77989 has been deposited in bank
with CALA (ADM Udaipur) on dated 11.11.2014.
The CALA Udaipur has started disbursement of awards to individual land owners, before opening of
mutation in NHAI Name, It is essential to take the possession of the land from individual KHATDAR
and the demarcation and marking of ROW to be done at site, therefore, execution of demarcation
marking work. The following activities & work will require to be performed.
1. Demarcation and Marking with Total Station by Survey Team:
(i) Six lane center line.
(ii) ROW on both side.
(iii) Marking ROW line on ground with lime powder.
2. Excavation of boundary trench by JCB Machine:
Excavation of ROW trench in trapezoidal section of 1 meter deep.
3. Providing and fixing boundary pillars:
Providing and fixing boundary pillars on ROW line at every 200m distance and closer at curves,
habitat area etc.
