You’ve heard the term ”pre-construction pricing,”
but what does it really mean?
Pre-construction prices are those offered before any apartments
or homes within a community are built and are generally lower
than either the construction period or post-construction prices.
Buying prior to construction with a trustworthy developer can
benefit you in the long run when it comes to cost and selection.
Fairing Way would like to offer you a few helpful tips:
TIP 1: Choose an experienced developer & sponsor.
Search online for any articles or information about the developers
and sponsors of the communities in which you would like to live.
Or consult with an experienced real estate attorney you and your
family trust.
TIP 2: Try to secure Phase 1 pricing.
Pre-construction apartments usually get sold in phases or waves
of pricing, and if you buy in the early phases, you can save 5 to
10 percent or more off the final selling prices.
Continued on page 2 
Due to an overwhelming response, the event was expanded to include both an
afternoon and an evening session. The summery atmosphere included tropical
music with a steel drum and a variety of delicious barbecue offerings. What
cookout would be complete without s’mores? Attendees made their own campfire
treats at the build-your-own s’mores station sponsored by Whole Foods.
“It’s so nice to be able to sit, relax and enjoy what will make Fairing Way such a
wonderful community,” expressed future resident Diane Lyons. She adds, “I look
forward to next year’s BBQ and other events when I call Fairing Way home.”

Turning Trash into Treasure
The very thought of sorting through years of personal belongings might be turning your stomach into knots.
Rest assured - you are not alone. Fairing Way understands. As part of your commitment to move to Fairing
Way, you have access to your own complimentary personal relocation manager. This service helps you with
the downsizing and decluttering process to relieve the stress of your move.
Before you decide about “what to keep” and “what to toss,” we suggest you obtain advice about items that
could be worth hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Fairing Way invites you and your friends to bring
your potential treasures to our signature Antique Appraisal Fair on October 26th, where our guest
antiques expert will be evaluating items found in your attic, basement, backyard or garage.
