4.Questions arrise :
4.1.participants selection for seminars
Select candidates to partner need to motivate volunteers, what future does he encouraged by the
tug of war development.
4.2. Necessary for next seminar prepare docomentations lists and tug of war event 'sample
Regulations Development, Movement document description
4.3. In the presentations to post more illustrations and photos – more detail plan ( see first )
4.4. For the organization and financial flows in the partner countries, without causing conflicts of
interest.
4.5.After Market reaseach Hungarian Tuf of War federation find that all necesaary conditions to
provide seminar – competition could provide organizer August 16-18 - 2013 Szekesfehervar,
Hotel “Jancsar”.
Poland ; Hungary – is possible directly to transfer money to patner organizations?
Will ask to EAC questions?
1. Does the project partner organization can be an event organizer - for example LVVF that
providing accomotation, meals, facilities rent? –
Money recipient who settled on a specific performer? –
2.Is the organization of the event can be perfectly assumed by another agency - NGO providing
accommodation, meals, facilities rent?
Invoices and payments from any organization that organizes the next.. but not the organizer of
the project in order to avoid a conflict of interest.
3.After Market reseach Hungarian Tug of War federation find that All necessary conditions to
provide seminar – competition provide organizer August 16-18 2013 Szekesfehervar Hotel “
Janccar” .
