FAXING ISSUE
Please read and route to interested personnel in your agency!
We’ve heard from many agents who are Comcast users that their faxes are not coming through to
TWIA. We’ve been in contact with Comcast and they are working on the issue of fax
connectivity for their customers.
Until Comcast resolves this issue, rather than calling to see if your fax came through, we
recommend that you email your policy changes to [email protected], which is the
preferred and most efficient means of communication, or send in the changes by U.S. mail.
Unfortunately in this electronic world, not everything always works as it should.
