A Vidyalaya Appointment Committee meeting was held on 27/3/2012 for the session

MINUTES OF VMC MEETING HELD ON 27/3/2012
1. As the Vidyalaya is newly constructed, funds will be required for making purchases
for different departments. The Deputy Commissioner, KVS (RO) Jaipur instructed
during her visit, regarding procurement of all the requirements. Since the
Vidyalaya is having less than 500 students, KVS (RO) Jaipur has been requested
for financial assistance, due to inadequate funds.(List enclosed)
Permission granted.
2. Ex-post facto approval for Rs.4100/- for leveling of fields.
Approved.
3. Stage at the back of Vidyalaya building to be provided with Kota stone. Since
presently, rough Kota stone leads to difficulties in the performance of Cultural
activities. Therefore Rs.30000/- may be sanctioned.
Sanctioned.
4. For the safety & security of the Vidyalaya building, 03 Iron door to be provided at
the backside of the building along with Iron structure to be provided on glass pan
at the stairs areas, approximately costing Rs. 80,000/- only.
Sanctioned.
5. Public Address system may be purchased along with Mikes as standby for the old
one for Rs. 50,000/- only.
Sanctioned.
6. One color printer is required approximate costing Rs.30, 000/- only.
Sanctioned.
7. During Summer Vacation & Breaks, almost all staff members remained out of
station During that period at least one guard may be provided at night only. Since
the other sides of the Vidyalaya are adjoining to uninhabited area and there are
chances of burglary as well as theft also. One guard at the gate is insufficient for
preventing the said purpose.

8. Rs. 30,000/- may be sanctioned for extensive plantation all around the Vidyalaya
building.
Plants may be purchased from Nurseries and planted all around the
Vidyalaya premises so that the greenery may be maintained.
9. Rs 50,000/- may be sanctioned towards the sports infrastructure and activities in the
Vidyalaya premises.
Permission granted.
10. The stone shelves are to be constructed at the office wall with wooden doors for the
safe keeping of office records. An expected expenditure of Rs 45000/- will be
required. Hence, needs for sanction.
Sanctioned for the procurement of Office records.
11. Due to scarcity of water, esteemed hot & regular Electric cut off, 15-20 canes of
water campers may be required for the students in all summer days.
