Arrival Home
• Depart from camp at
approximately 11:00 A.M.
• Arrive at Day Creek
Intermediate at
approximately 12:30 P.M.
• Plan to pick your child up
from his/her classroom the
day we return from camp,
approximately 12:30 P.M.
• Pick up luggage on the west
side of the 6th grade pods
and a lunch!

complete before cabin signups the first week of March.

• Option A- $285 by February 28, 2017
• Option B- $143 by January 31 and
$142 by February 28, 2017
• Option C- $95 Jan. 31, $95 Feb. 28,
$95 March 10, 2017.
• Payments can be made by cash,
check, money order, or on EZ School
Pay. Please don’t send cash to school
with students.
Student Medications
•
PRESCRIPTION & NONPRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS:
1. Complete district medical form
with physician’s signature
2. Turn in medical form AND
medication into the office by
(February 28)

Students using Inhalers or EpiPens
MAY self-carry with physician
signature- medication self-carry
forms are in each packet.
•
All forms will be sent to camp two
weeks prior to session to enable
camp counselors to become
familiar with individual needs of
their assigned students.
And don’t forget the shopping
Parents can now pre-order apparel and other
accessories for their student that will be delivered
once they arrive.
You will be able to access the online camp store until
seven days before your school’s arrival.
