Dear Dunes Center Friend,
On behalf of the Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes Center Board of Directors, Staff and Volunteers, I would like
to invite you to participate in our annual Coreopsis Cup Golf Tournament on Friday, October 2, 2015 at
Monarch Dunes Golf Course in Nipomo. This annual tradition provides your organization the
opportunity to position itself as a valued partner in an event that supports the Dunes Center and the nearly
14,000 Central Coast children, residents, and tourists we serve each year with our educational
programming. The proceeds from the Coreopsis Cup Golf Tournament provide learning opportunities
that our constituency only receives thanks to supporters like you.
Organizational partners receive benefits designed to enhance awareness of your institution to a prime
group of tournament participants. Sponsors will receive an invitation to the post-tournament reception
and acknowledgement at the reception. The 2015 tournament sponsorship opportunities are:
Tournament Sponsor, $10,000
Sponsorship includes:
1. Your logo placed on an apparel item that will be given to all participants
2. Your logo included on all print material and event publicity
3. Your logo on signage at the course, at the reception
4. The opportunity to have a booth at the course or on a hole that allows you to advertise and
interface with each golfer at the tournament
5. And registration for 2 foursomes for tournament play
Reception Sponsor, $5,000
Sponsorship includes:
1. Includes 1 foursome registration for tournament play
2. Your logo on signage on the course
3. Your logo on signage at the reception
4. The opportunity to have a booth at the course or on a hole that allows you to advertise and
interface with each golfer at the tournament
5. and acknowledgment at the reception
Refreshment Service Sponsor, $1,100
Sponsorship includes:
1. Registration for 1 foursome for tournament play
2. Your logo on sign for the beverage hole
3. And acknowledgement at the reception
Corporate Foursome Sponsor, $850
Sponsorship includes:
1. The opportunity to have a booth at the course or on a hole that allows you to advertise and
interface with each golfer at the tournament
2. One foursome registration for tournament play
The Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes Center promotes the conservation and restoration of the Guadalupe-Nipomo
Dunes ecosystem through education, research, and the support of cooperative stewardship.
Tee/Green Sponsor, $250
The opportunity to have a booth at the course or on a hole that allows you to advertise and interface with
each golfer at the tournament
Golf Tournament Participation, $150/person or $600/foursome (in addition to above sponsorship
levels)
The Dunes Center is also welcoming all donations in the form of in-kind services or raffle items that are
applicable to the Coreopsis Cup Golf Tournament. All sponsorship levels include green and cart fees,
boxed lunch, range balls, and appetizers at the Butterfly Grill at Monarch Dunes. Contributions to the
Dunes Center are tax-deductible as we are a 501(c)(3). Please take a minute to complete the enclosed
form and return to the Dunes Center by Friday, September 18th.
