Free Parking (First 500) ($4.00 cash only per vehicle after first 500) Early 12:00 noon entry with free passes for exclusive access to the KIDS ZONE. Tickets to the Senators Baseball Game Private 30 minute meet and greet autograph session with the players. Children may get their giveaway item autographed at that time and get their picture taken with the Mascot.
Time frame - approximately 2:00 - 2:30 PM
Free Ice Cream and Cotton Candy 1:00 - 3:30 PM
Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, Chips,
Cookies, Popcorn, Soda and Water 1:00 - 3:30 PM DJ .L ogan Woodford Location for Picnic: Under the grandstand. You may start arriving at 12:00 noon. Food will be served from 1:00 PM until 3:30 PM. The
game begins at 3:30 PM. Golf carts for registration will be available in the parking lot for those
who need them. They will bring you to the CHECK IN table. There will be a charge of
$5.00 per couple or individual or $10.00 per family. Money will be collected at
the registration table. All proceeds go to the Local 776 scholarship funds.
At the check in table, you will receive your wristband. The wristband is for your food,
beverages and the KIDS Zone. IF you DO NOT have a wristband you will not be able to
get food, enter the KIDS Zone or the designated area for the baseball game. You will receive
your tickets fO ir the ballgame at the check in table.

PICNIC BY: FRIDAY, JUNE 2,2017, NO EXCEPTIONS! PLEASE, IF YOU SIGN
UP - COME TO THE PICNIC. DO NOT MAKE YOUR LOCAL PAY FOR NO
