ITASA 2017-2018 National Board Application Instructions
1. Applicant Eligibility
 At least 18 years of age.
 Enrolled in a high school, undergraduate, or graduate program
through the end of 2017
 National Board members are expected to serve one year terms
from May 2017 to May 2018. In rare circumstances, semesterlong term candidates may be considered.
 Term limit: no student may serve on the National Board for more
than 4 terms.
2. Application packets must include the following:
 ITASA National Board Application
 Resume
3. The following supplemental materials may also be submitted. These
materials are optional.
 Graphic design portfolio (Marketing and PR)
 Web design portfolio (Information)
4. Applications must be submitted by June 1st, 2017 at 11:59 PM EST.
5. Please submit all application materials by email to
[email protected].
 Complete single application packets are preferred (i.e. resume
attached at the end of this document) and should be saved as
‘firstname_lastname.pdf’
 If need be, save resume as ‘firstname_lastname_resume.pdf’

would you implement to further ITASA’s mission to connect, inspire

be required to attend Summer Summit August 26th to 28th, location to
be determined somewhere in Pennsylvania. (Please still fill out an
application if you cannot attend, we will make accommodations for
those who cannot).

Applicants will receive confirmation of receipt by June 3rd, and be notified of
decisions by June 15th. If you do not receive notifications by these dates, please
