Dear Parents
I am delighted to offer pupils in Senior 7, 8 and 9 the exciting opportunity of participating in the 16th
annual IPS Ski Trip to the delightful mountain resort of Verbier, Switzerland. Places for this trip are
always highly sought after, so complete this application form and return it to School as soon as possible in
order to secure your child’s place. Whether your child is an advanced skier or an absolute beginner, the
trip can accommodate everyone. Skiing in Verbier is a week of guaranteed fun.

With the accompanying £350 deposit, I should like to reserve a place for my child on the 2018 Ski Trip. I understand that
the total cost of the trip is in the region of £1350 (exact amount to be confirmed) and that places are reserved on a firstcome, first-served basis. I understand that the deposit enables securement of flights and bookings immediately, and is therefore
non-refundable and non-transferrable. Once my child has secured a place on the trip, I agree to two further payments of
which will be added to the Spring and Summer Term fees respectively.

deposit. Please make cheques made payable to Ibstock Place School. Places are reserved and allocated
in order of receipt of deposits. Please note that receipt of the deposit does not guarantee a place on the
trip. In instances where an application is unsuccessful, your cheque will be returned. Please e-mail
