STATE QUALIFYING TEAMS:
State qualifying teams must email a team photo to [email protected] no later than noon on
Wednesday, February 15th. Photographs should be sent in a JPEG format and must not exceed
five megabytes in size. NO CELL PHONE PICTURES ARE ALLOWED.
Please identify each person in the picture, including participant's grade in school behind their
name. Be sure to correctly spell all names. The example below shows the correct way to
properly identify those pictured:
Front row: Annie Thomas (9), Lisa Lynch (10), Maggie Petersen (10).
Back row: Julie Anderson (11), Cassie Smith (9), Sarah Weber (12).
IMPORTANT: In the subject line of the email, place the name of your school, your school’s
classification, and the word "boys" or "girls" (Example: Smithville 1A girls).
STATE QUALIFYING INDIVIDUALS:
If you have an individual qualifier AND a qualifying team, individual photos/info is not needed.
Individual qualifiers (only those who are not on teams) must send a head and shoulders photo
with their grade in school to [email protected] no later than noon on Wednesday, February
15th. Photographs should be sent in a JPEG format and must not exceed five megabytes in
size. NO CELL PHONE PICTURES ARE ALLOWED.
IMPORTANT: If you have an individual qualifier, in the subject line of the email, place the
name of your school, your school’s classification, and the word "boys" or "girls" (Example:
Smithville 1A girls).
Also, make sure to include the coach’s name and cell phone number in case verification is
needed.
