Location
The building is located along Huron Church Road, parallel to The Ambassador Bridge. It is west
of the CAW Student Centre.
Entrance
The main entrance is along the west side of the building
(Detroit River is North). There are stairs at this entrance.
Alternate Entrances
The accessible entrance is located at the north side of the
building. Entrance doors may be locked from time-totime, it is recommended to contact the building’s
Reception at: (519) 253-3000 Ext: 2007 prior to attending
the building.
Bike Racks
None on the property. Closest is found near CAW, at the UCC entrance (South entrance).
Directory
There is a small list directory, with a telephone available for use. The Secretary/Receptionist’s
desk is located at the front doors across from the small directory.
Washrooms
Barrier Free Washroom:
 Main Floor:
o Men and Women’s washrooms: barrier free.
 Second Floor:
o Barrier free single use men and women washrooms: grab bars, turn around space.
 Third Floor:
o Barrier free single use men and women washrooms: grab bars, turn around space
and braille signage.

 Beside washroom, standard; no public access.
Second Floor:
 Beside elevator, standard.

Public Telephones
No public telephone, courtesy phone is available for calls within the building.
Elevator
Currently (summer 2016) the elevator is out of service and undergoing repairs.
Parking
 There is Visitor/Staff Parking with 11 standard guest parking spaces and 2 accessible
parking spaces. There is another staff parking lot on the south end of the building.
 Additional parking is available along Huron Church Road at parking meters.
