Transfers/Clearances
PlayersthataretransferringfromaclubinANYleaguetoaclubintheMPJFLwillnolongerneed
tofillouttheMPJFLAFLVicCountryclearanceform.Theonlyrequirementisthattheonline
transferinitiatedbytheClubinwhichtheplayerisgoingtotakesplace.
Playerscannotplayuntiltheyareinyourclubmember’sdatabase.
ItisadvisablethatyourClubsightstheplayer’sbirthcertificatetocheckdetailsinSportingPulse
areaccurateandkeepsacopyonfileforaudits.

INTERCHANGESTEWARDS
Eachteamshallsupplyaninterchangestewardforeachgame(exceptunder9sand10s)whomust
beseatedontheboundarylinewithinthewhitelinesoftheinterchangearea(notinthe
grandstandorthecoachesbox).TheInterchangeStewardsmusthaveawatch.
Thestewardshallnoteontheinterchangecardprovided,thetimeofthestartandfinishofeach
quarter,allinterchangingplayersandplayersonthebenchatthestartofeachquarterandofany
playersorderedoffbythefieldumpire.IftheplayerhasbeenorderedoffthewordORDERistobe
shownintheoncolumnwiththejumpernumberintheoffcolumn.Theplayercannotresume
playinguntil15minutesofplayingtimehaselapsed(this15minutesdoesnotincludequarter

Whentheplayerorhissubstitutereturnstothefield,showthejumpernumberintheoncolumn
