2.0 MEMBER Menu Navigator Screen a) Under Member Menu, there are categories such as Profile, SV Info, Downlines, SV-Account, SV-Tree, SV-Product, MRP Report, Campaign, New Downlines, Expired Downlines and New Managers. Refer to Figure 2.0.1:- Figure 2.0.1 Selecting member menu and prompt out drop down list 2.1 Profile Menu a) By selecting the Profile menu, information of the member will be shown. Refer to Figure 2.1.1:- Figure 2.1.1 Member Information screen. b) For member who wants to update their personal particulars, they can click on the update button (refer to Figure 2.1.1) and the Figure 2.1.2 will be displayed. Figure 2.1.2 Updating Personal Particular c) Once you have modified the data, click on the Update button in which it will enquire you for the confirmation message whether you want to update this record or not. Click on OK button to proceed with the change or click Cancel to stop the change. Refer to Figure 2.1.3. Figure 2.1.3 Confirmation message from system d) Once you have click on the OK button to proceed with the change, “Update completed successfully” will be shown. Refer to Figure 2.1.4 Figure 2.1.4 Prompt out acknowledgement message e) For those the member who wants to update their elken club language, they can click on the Change button (refer to Figure 2.1.1), thus, Figure 2.1.5 below will be displayed. Figure 2.1.5 Updating Elken Club Language f) Once you select the language to be changed, click on the update button to save the changes. Click on OK button to proceed with the change or click Cancel to stop the change. Refer to Figure 2.1.6. Figure 2.1.6 Confirmation message from system g) Once you have click on the OK button to proceed with the change, “Update completed successfully” will be shown. Refer to Figure 2.1.7 Figure 2.1.7 Prompt out acknowledgement message h) After gone through the member updating profile, the other criteria that we also can update are “Reset password to IVR pin” and “Change EOL password”. Please refer back to Figure 2.1.1. i) For reset password to IVR pin number, you can just click on the Reset button as shown in below Figure 2.1.8. Thus, for your next login, kindly enter Login ID = Member ID, Password = IVR Pin number. Figure 2.1.8 Reset password into IVR pin number j) As shown in Figure 2.1.1, another criterion for us to amend password is by selecting the “Change EOL Password” as shown in Figure 2.1.9. Figure 2.1.9 Change New EOL Password k) After the specific password has been modified, you need to click on the Update button and it will prompt out the message as below Figure 2.1.10:- Figure 2.1.10 Password has been changed l) Once you click “OK”, another message will prompt out in which you need to re-login by using the new password via EOL login page. Please refer to the message at Figure 2.1.11:- Figure 2.1.11 Log out message 2.2 SV Info Menu a) By selecting the SV Info menu, it displayed what is the sales volume information of the member as shown in Figure 2.2.1:- Figure 2.2.1 Member Sales Volume Information b) In order to sort what is the sales volume figure into ascending order or descending order, we can click the drop down menu which is “Sort By” feature as shown in Figure 2.2.2:- Figure 2.2.2 Sort by descending/ascending order for SV Info. c) There are some of the additional features that inside the SV Info Menu screen which are print out the sales volume information, view the sales volume information into excel format and get help when the user facing a problem by using these features. 2.3 Downlines Menu a) By selecting Malaysia Downlines Menu, it will list down the member sales volume as well as his/her downlines’ sales volume information as shown in Figure 2.3.1:b) Downlines Listing searching criteria: Max Levels = search from 1 to 99 Breakaway = choose yes or not Filter Expiry = filter from SV1 to SV 12 and year 2005 onwards Sort By = network, memberid, rank, name SV7,PGS7,TGS7,CPGS7,SV8, TGS7, CPGS7, SV8, PGS8, TGS8 and expiry. Downline Code = key in any downlines member ID within the member’s family tree Figure 2.3.1 Member and his/her downlines information listing c) There are some of the additional features that inside the Malaysia Downline Listing screen which are print out the Malaysia member and downline information, view the format and get help when the user need help by using these information into excel features. 2.4 SV-Account Menu a) To view what are the transactions that has been made by the member within the certain criteria that selected. Refer to Figure 2.4.1:- b) SV-Account searching criteria: SV Month = search from SV1 to SV12 SV Year = search from 2005 onwards Sort By = transaction date, transaction number, reference, remarks Figure 2.4.1 Malaysia Transaction Details c) There are some of the additional features that inside the Malaysia Transaction Details screen which are print out the transaction details, view the information into excel format and get help when the user facing a problem by using these features. 2.5 SV-Tree Menu a) For this menu navigator, it will generate what are the personal sales volume details, sponsor ID, Date Join and Expiry of his/her family tree as shown Figure 2.5.1:b) SV-Tree searching criteria: Maximum Levels = search from 1 to 99 Breakaways = choose yes or not Filter Expiry = filter from SV1 to SV12 and year 2005 onwards Sort By = network, memberid, member rank, name, expiry SV Month = search from 1 to 12 Minimum SV = key in any number from 0 Downline Code = key in any downlines member ID within the member’s family tree Figure 2.5.1 Family SV Tree Information c) There are some of the additional features that inside the Malaysia Downline SV Tree screen which are print out the information, view the information into excel format and get help when need help by using these features. 2.6 SV-Product Menu a) The function of SV Listing by Product screen is to display the product sales volume of member of a selected SV month based on the criteria entered. b) SV-Product searing criteria: SV Month = search from 1 to 12 SV Year = search from 2005 onwards Sort By = product code or product name Listing By = product code or transaction SV Filter = all, only sv products, only non-sv products Downline Code = key in any downlines member ID within the member’s family tree Figure 2.6.1 SV Listing by Product c) There are some of the additional features that inside the SV Listing by Product screen which are print out the information for the products, view the products information into excel format and get help when need help by using these features. 2.7 MRP Report Menu a) This screen allow member to view what are the validity date or duration for the retention voucher than has been given to their network tree (those who has been not active for the past 9 months) for encouragement sales purpose. b) MRP searching criteria: SV Month = search from 1 to 12 Figure 2.7.1 Member Retention Program report c) There are some of the additional features that inside the above screen which are print out the information for the MRP report, view the report into excel format and get help when need help by using these features. 2.8 Campaign Menu a) According to this screen usage, it will display the selected campaign details and also the points that have been gathered or earned by member. Member can use this screen to view their new downlines recruited within their family network. Refer to Figure 2.9.1. b) New downlines criteria: Date Join From and To = key in when is the recruitment date Maximum levels = search from 1 to 99 Sort By = member id, name, rank id, sponsor Donwline Code = key in any downlines member ID within the member’s family tree Figure 2.9.1 New Downline Report c) There are some of the additional features that inside donwlines information which are print out the report, view the report into excel format and get help when need help by using these features. 2.10 Expired Downlines Menu a) To view the expired member within the network group with their last purchase/transaction date. Refer to Figure 2.10.1:- Figure 2.10.1 Expired date for donwlines members b) Expired downlines searching criteria: Maximum Levels = search from 1 to 99 Sort By = member id, name, last active, expired date c) By using these features , member can print out the report, convert data into excel format and assist user when click on these icons. 2.11 New Managers Menu a) The function of New Downline Managers screen is to show the newly promoted manager and above members within the network group. Refer to Figure 2.11.1. b) New Managers searching criteria: Promoted in SV = search from 1 to 12 SV Year = search from 2005 onwards Managers Minimum Rank = manager, sapphire, ruby, emerald, diamond, crown, senior crown, double crown. Maximum Levels = search from 1 to 99 Sort By = member id, name, old rank, new rank, state Downline Code = key in any downlines member ID within the member’s family tree Figure 2.11.1 New Downline Manager & above information c) By using these features from the Malaysia New Downline Managers screen, it can print out the report, convert data into excel format and assist user when click on these specific icons.
