Vendor Set up is from 9 am -11:30 am. You must be set up and ready to display by 11:30. This will be a semi-formal event with food tastings, Table demonstrations, vendor recognitions, and much more. Wedding Professionals will be given open availability with brides that are looking for services that you offer when possible. Wedding Professionals will be given 1 to 2 minutes to talk about their business during the event or simply give Information sheet to MC the day of event. The General Vendor cost for this expo is NOW ONLY $125.00!!!! If you are a member of the FAB Net Organization your Cost is $100.00. You may have up to 2 representatives with your company. You may have additional representatives for an additional charge of $10 per person. Every representative will be invited to sample our tastings so that you can properly market us, as we market you. The show will be held inside and outside and Green Grove Gardens is not held liable for in climate weather and no refunds will be issued due to weather. Please be prepared for weather conditions. You are responsible for coverage from sun or rain. There will be plenty of inside and outside activities throughout the show. Payment must be received by June 1, 2017. 2. Information supplied on registration form will be used on the wedding professional list, and posted throughout the grounds. If your business is out of your home and you don’t want any of the above information posted; please indicate which information you want excluded. 3. Due to limited available space, we reserve the right to limit the number of wedding professionals in each category. 4. All wedding professionals are required to bring a door prize for our raffle. If you are bringing a door prize, then you must fill out the prize section of this registration form. It is your responsibility to deliver the prize the day of Event. 5. Any and all damages to Green Grove Gardens that is specific to a wedding professional are at the expense of that company. • All decorations, sound/electrical equipment (Bring your own extension cord) or supplies must be provided by the wedding professional. PAYMENT: Registration form & full payment must be received by Green Grove Gardens by June 1, 2017. Tasting Hours: Green Grove Gardens Tastings 1. The hours are 12pm to 2:30pm 3. Taking down displays cannot commence until 3pm. Moving equipment while guests are on the property is discourteous and a safety hazard. Dismantling booths prior to the close of the tasting may be a cause to preclude participation in future Bridal Tastings. Cancellations: We will allow refunds if given reasonable notice within two weeks before the day of the bridal expo. Load in/Load out: You may begin loading in your items at 9am. Please unload/load, as quickly as possible. If you have a lot of items it is suggested that you bring a second person to help with your setup. Parking: Please make sure to park in the main parking lot out in front of the large fountain after you have loaded everything in. Please park at the bottom portion of the lot -- Allowing the closest spaces for our guests.
