Please complete this application form to officially apply for Food Works 2017/18. The closing date for
submission is Tuesday 5th September 2017. Up to 25 finalists will be taken to an Industry Led Bootcamp on
26th & 27th September. 10 -12 companies will be successful in securing a place on the next Food Works
programme.
The next programme will start on Tuesday 17th October 2017. A place on the programme will require your
time and commitment for nine months from October 2017 through to June 2018. For further details on the

Each applicant will be required to submit the following information:
 Application Form
 Business Plan (full or outline, if available) in pdf format to include summary CV/s
 Applicants should attend a Food Works Introductory Meeting prior to completing this

Even if you have attended an introductory meeting with the Food Works team, you must complete an
application form to be considered for Food Works 2017/18
This is a competitive application process and short-listing will apply.
Promoters must be available to attend Bootcamp on 26th & 27th Sept in Johnstown House, Enfield, County
Meath. The fee is €350 + VAT.
Finalists for Bootcamp will be notified by Tuesday 12th September
If there is more than one person in your team or company each person must each fill out section B of the
application and include CV for each business partner.
All information provided will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality by the Food Works Programme.
Companies must be less than four years trading.
Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm Tuesday 5th September
