Position: Packaging Line Operator

POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate for the Packaging Line Operator is a self-motivated worker able to handle a highvolume and a fast-paced work environment. Must be able to work on a team, take directions, and
have the ability to multi-task. Other qualifications include punctuality, attentiveness, and desire to
work as a team player.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Bottling/canning line operation
 Keg line operation
 Fork lift operation
 Warehousing
 Cleaning and organization of materials
 Detailed reports
 Other tasks as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
 Bottling or assembly line experience is preferred, but not required.
 Must be at least 21 years of age.
 Must have open availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
 Must be able to work well independently and with a team.
 Mechanical aptitude a plus.
 Must be able to have great communication skills and get along well with others.
 Must have ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or
approaches to problems and be willing to learn.
 Must have the ability to lift up to 60 lbs., work in a wet environment, and stand for 8 hours.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Starting wage $12-15 per hour depending on experience. Elevation offers short & long term
