OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE TWO AND A HALF MEN SWEEPSTAKES W/ BIG 105.9
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins on 7:00 pm ET Monday, May 1, 2017 and ends 8:45 am ET Friday, May 12,
2017(“Sweepstakes Period”). Each weeknight from Monday, May 1, 2016 through Thursday, May 11, 2017 watch “Two and A Half
Men” from 7pm to 7:30pm ET on The CW South Florida and look for the Big 105.9 Keyword spot featuring Paul Castronovo during a
commercial break. They will reveal the “keyword”. Then tune in to The Paul Castronovo show the next weekday morning (Tuesday,
May 2, 2017 though Friday, May 12, 2017) at approximately 8:35am ET on Big 105.9 and listen for the cue to call. Once the cue to
call has been given call 1-877-2-1059-FM (1-877-210-5936) with the “keyword”. Entries that do not include the “keyword” or any
other required information shall be disqualified. Only entries complying with the entry rules and submitted to the designated phone
number shall be counted in the Sweepstakes.
WINNER SELECTION: Each weekday morning from Tuesday, May 2, 2017 through Friday, May 12, 2017 at approximately
8:35am ET following the cue to call Big 105.9 will select the 10th caller to call 1-877-2-1059-FM (1-877-210-5936). The prizewinner
must agree to have their voice broadcast over on the air and give the “keyword” from the night before and otherwise comply with
these rules, or else an alternate winner will be selected and declared the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number calls made /
received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Big 105.9 will tentatively declare the winner on-the-air each weekday morning following the cue to
call. The CW South Florida will follow up with a phone call with the entrant to confirm eligibility. Winners forfeit the right to the
prizes if they fail to contact The CW South Florida within three business days of notification, fail to pick up their prize by June 7,
2017 at The CW South Florida (located at 500 East Broward Blvd, Suite 800 Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 33394), are deemed ineligible under
these rules or fail to sign release forms. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrators have absolute discretion to determine the eligibility
of entrant and winner.

Eight (8) prizewinners will each receive the following (the “Prize”) valued at an ARV of $4,800

Two (2) airline tickets to Spirit Airlines. $600 Value
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Winner will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting the actual value of any prize that is $600 or more.
ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 21 years old to enter, be a legal resident of Dade, Broward, Monroe or Palm Beach County,
Florida, and possess a valid Florida ID as of May 9, 2016. Employees of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Administrators and their
respective subsidiaries, sponsors, affiliates, parent companies, assignees, agencies, advertisers, franchisees, immediate family
members or members of the same household are not eligible to win. Any member of a household that has been awarded a prize by
The CW South Florida or Big 105.9 in the last 6 months is ineligible.
The Winner may be required to present at least one valid major credit card in order to check into hotel room. Sweepstakes
Administrators and Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions
whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or any other persons or entities providing any of these travel elements or services.
RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Only one (1) prize will be awarded per household/entrant/telephone number. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for
cash value of prizes. Winners may not request substitution of prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with
alternate prize of equal or greater value. If the Winner is not able to attend book the trip prior to the expiration date, or otherwise fails
to use or redeem any element of the prize, Winner shall forfeit the prize (or such prize element) and no additional or substitute prize or
compensation will be provided. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrators are not responsible for any lost, incomplete, late, or
misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, telephone or server problems, technical difficulties or inability to
transmit/receive Internet entries. If for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by
tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the
Sweepstakes, Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrators reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the
Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE
SWEEPSTAKES.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsors, and you hereby forever and
irrevocably release, indemnify and holds harmless each of the Sponsors, Sweepstakes Administrators and their officers, directors,
employees, representatives, agents, shareholders, successors and assigns, from any liability, claims, demands, judgments, proceedings,
causes of action, lawsuits, injuries, death, costs, expenses or damages, due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including
but not limited to death) or property of any kind, arising from, resulting from, or in connection with, directly or indirectly, in whole or
in part, from the Sweepstakes and any element or activity thereof, the entrant’s participation in, entry in, or in ability to enter the
Sweepstakes, or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or the entrant’s acceptance, use, misuse, inability to use, possession, travel related
to, or defect of any prize, or any violation of entrants privacy, publicity, personal and proprietary rights, or the collection, use and/or
sharing of entrant’s personally identifiable information by Sponsor or its designees; any change in the prizing (or any components
thereof) due to unavailability, business or creative considerations, or due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, any late, lost, stolen,
mutilated, misdirected, illegible, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable or damaged entries, any wrongful,
negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Sweepstakes Administrators or Sponsor, or any of their agents or
employees, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdirected baggage, lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or
any element thereof), and any typographical errors in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes promotional materials.
Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor reserve the right to postpone or suspend the display of code words onscreen or postpone or
suspend the morning call on The Paul Castronovo Show due to the coverage of breaking news or other unforeseen circumstances. If
such suspension or delay occurs, Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor are not obligated to extend the Sweepstakes and will use
reasonable efforts to post any schedule changes on southFlorida.com/Hedonism.
All federal, state and local taxes associated with the prize, as well as other costs or expenses associated with the prize.
Winner agrees to permit Sweepstakes Administrators and their respective subsidiaries, sponsors, affiliates, parent companies,
assignees, agencies, advertisers, and employees to use his or her name, voice, picture or likeness without compensation for
promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes as determined by Sweepstakes Administrators and their respective
subsidiaries, sponsors, affiliates, parent companies, assignees, agencies, advertisers, and employees, except as prohibited by law.
Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrators reserve the right to extend, modify or discontinue the Sweepstakes without prior notice for
any reason in its sole discretion.
Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules or the failure, delay
or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or
relinquishment to any extent of each Sponsor’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance.
In case of disputes and questions of interpreting the rules, the decision of Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrators are are final.
