Preliminary Subdivision Application to subdivide Map 82, Lot 6 and create 5 lots, one of which shall be approximately 27 acres for the existing dwelling unit and cellular tower already constructed/approved. A private 50’ right of way with roadway and cul-de-sac is proposed to serve as access and street frontage for 4 of the proposed lots/dwelling units. Site Plan Amendment Application to subdivide Map 82, lot 6 for the Chicks Crossing Subdivision. One of the subdivided lots (approximately 27 acres) shall include the existing/approved cell tower and dwelling. The Site Plan Amendment to reflect the change in lot lines for the cell tower lot and to reflect the widening of the cell tower access road, which will serve as the right-ofway for 4 of the proposed lots/dwellings.
