DEVELOPMENT REVIEW & WORKSHOP
I.
JO-ANN’s GARDEN’S INC.– Priscilla & Richard Flodman, owners; Jo-Ann’s
Garden’s Inc., applicant. Site Plan Amendment Application seeking approval for an
expanded season for the existing Retail Business use and for approval to use a
portion of the existing structure when the tent is not is use. The parcel is located off
of 579 Post Road and is within the General Business District. Tax Map 114, Lot 63
Consider receiving the Site Plan Amendment Application and workshop
II.
MORRISON DEVELOPMENTAL & EDUCATIONAL CENTER – Morrison
Center, owner/applicant. Site Plan Amendment Application seeking approve to
locate a 10’ x 12’ shed to the property. No change to the previously approved school
use. The parcel is located off of 526 Post Road and is within the General Business
District. Tax Map 27, Lot 10. Consider receiving the Site Plan Amendment
Application and workshop and consider for possible approval

OCEAN HAVEN EAST CONDO ASSOCIATION – Ocean Haven East Condo
Association owners; L. Mark Mayer, applicant, Richard Lennon, agent. Site Plan
Amendment Application seeking approval to locate an accessory 4’ x 6’ shed to the
property and seeking approval for said shed to be used as the Lodging Facility Office.
No changes to cottage units proposed. The existing non-conforming Lodging
Facility consists of 12 housekeeping cottage units located off of 1089 Post Road
within the General Business and 250’ Shoreland Overlay Districts. Tax Map 123, Lot
81A. Consider receiving the Site Plan Amendment Application and workshop
and consider for possible approval

CHICK’S CROSSING ROAD SUBDIVISION – Eric & Sherida Roubo,
owners/applicants. Kimball Survey & Design, Inc., agent. Preliminary Subdivision
Application to subdivide Map 82, Lot 6 and create 5 lots, one of which shall be
approximately 27 acres for the existing dwelling unit and cellular tower already
constructed/approved. A private 50’ right of way with roadway and cul-de-sac is
proposed to serve as access and street frontage for 4 of the proposed lots/dwelling
units. The parcels are located within the Rural, Aquifer Protection and 250’
Shoreland Overlay Districts and are located off of 469 Chick Crossing Road. Tax

MARINER CELL TOWER – Eric & Sherida Roubo, owners/ applicants. Kimball
Survey & Design, Inc., agent. Site Plan Amendment Application to subdivide Map
82, lot 6 for the Chicks Crossing Subdivision. One of the subdivided lots
(approximately 27 acres) shall include the existing/approved cell tower and dwelling.
The Site Plan Amendment to reflect the change in lot lines for the cell tower lot and
to reflect the widening of the cell tower access road, which will serve as the right-ofway for 4 of the proposed lots/dwellings. The parcel is located within the Rural,
Aquifer Protection and 250’ Shoreland Overlay Districts and is located off of 469
Chick Crossing Road. Tax Map 82, Lot 6. Comment on Site Plan Amendment
