and video.
There are different ways you can use audio and video through canvas.

your email and send it to one student or all students. You also have the option to send individual
messages.
Here is how…

Choose This Icon
Determine whom you are emailing.
Click the small icon on the lower left side.
Add Title
Choose audio or video.
Click Allow
Click Record

2. Pages or Assignments– Use the audio/video button to add directions throughout your page to
make it more personable.

+ Page
Add Title
This is the bar above your blank page.
To add video you can:
-Click on YouTube and search for a video of
your choice.
-Click
to add:

or
Video
Or upload a saved audio or video from your
ipad or computer.
**Once you do this, it will automatically be placed onto your page. A word of
advice….plan your page first. Make sure your cursor is where you want your audio
or video to be. Sometimes the audio will not move once it is saved.
Save=The page will only be viewed by you.
Save and Published= The page will be viewed by students.
Discussions – Students can see what others add. You have the option to choose not to allow others to see
comments until they have actually contributed themselves. Keep the discussion going via video!
