WASHINGTON STATE ALL-STATE BASEBALL SERIES AGENDA JUNE 13-14, 2015 Directors: Here are your All-State selection forms for the 2015 games. You may duplicate and use as feeder forms (the forms found in this packet) since you will need the information for your district games. 1. Each feeder district will be assessed a $250.00 registration fee for the All-State Series. This fee must be in our hands by Wednesday, June 10. Last year two feeder games didn’t provide us with their fees. We will stop taking players from specific games if this continues. Please mail to George Benedetti at 2209 South 88th Avenue, Yakima, WA 98903. 2. Each player in the feeder game should be sponsored for that game at the rate of $15.00 to $35.00. This is to help you meet your expenses. 3. In order to be consistent the stats that should be used in helping to select players for both the feeder games and the All-State Series should be from the 20 regular season games. Please note if post season stats are included. 4. Each feeder game director will supply ten (10) names ranked in order with #1 being the best. Please email Jesse as soon as you can or fax this info to (509) 573-7440 before 3:00 p.m. You will be given a different fax number so it will go to the meeting room if it is after 3:00….please make it your best effort to not wait this late though.
