Improvement und innovation
There are a many theoretical discussions about
improvement and innovation, but in practice what
matters is the sustainable development of the company,
be it through innovation or improvement. In fact, a idea
may be an innovation in one company and an
improvement in another one.
The Power Improvement Process (PIP) will lead to
innovation or/and improvement tapping the wisdom of
the crowd.
For this we use the knowledge, know-how and gut
feeling of employees, customers, Facebook followers,
etc. and structure it in a process producing manageable
results.

also all PIP steps – but in three
hours, without workshops and
travel planning.

High speed PIP: LiveInnovator Session
O The session is starting with a virtual
brainstorming, including people within a meeting
room and somewhere of the world.
O There is a structured process from such a
brainstorming to evaluation of ideas, project
proposals and constitution of the project team.
O Each process step can be specific designed and
also run as the only part, e.g. as a brainstorming
with experts to develop ideas for a specific
question.
O In a session of two to three hours you get ideas
and priorities from people around the world.
