Dear Amadeus Valued Customers and Partners,
I take this opportunity to convey my Season's Greetings to the
Amadeus Valued Customers & Partners. In addition to wishing all
of you a very Happy and Prosperous 2008, we were now coming to
the end of 2007. However, before we do that I would like to share the flash back of
2007, since that has been yet again a very memorable year.
The most Delightful Event for 2007 was that as it had been remembered as the 10th
anniversary celebration of the formation of Premier Aviation of Services (Pvt.) Ltd. as
Amadeus Commercial Organization in Pakistan. That was a very significant milestone
for us and we did not want to miss this opportunity to celebrate the growth of success
we have achieved together over those preceding years. In addition we have had the
privilege to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Amadeus on October 21, 2007, which
marked the 20-year anniversary for the formation of the first official Amadeus Company
(Amadeus Marketing SA). While celebrating the previous achievements, we were also
focused firmly on the future. "20 years of success & a clear direction for the future".
One of the many highlights of the year has been the success achieved by the travel
agency Customers. In a year of severe competition in the country, our growth has been
impressive throughout all regions and segments. The key success factor has been the
focus and continuous drive of sales people and their supporting teams to demonstrate
and deliver superior value to travel agencies across Pakistan.

The past 12 months also saw us moving ahead with our vision to provide next
generation travel technology that encourages collaboration amongst all the
players in the Industry.
Although the year recorded considerable growth and an enhancement in the
Market Share in Pakistan, the major contributor to our success has been our
efforts to control our costs through various cost-saving initiatives across the
Organization. As it was unlikely that the industry growth would be sustained
in the long-term. As such, we must continue to be cost-conscious as we enter
into 2008- if we hope to meet your expectations and to continue to offer next
generation technology Solutions.
At the end! I would like thank you for your continued contribution and
commitment to Amadeus. Happy and a successful 2008 to all of you from the
ACO Pakistan team.
With my kind personal regards
